摘要
采用楔横轧技术,对变直径空心件收口成形工艺进行研究。根据工件尺寸,使用UG建立不同方案下的模具,将模具设计和数值模拟相结合,模拟工件的成形过程。对比模拟结果,得出最佳的成形方案,并改进成形工艺参数,最终确定了变直径空心件楔横轧工艺的成形方案。
Cross wedge rolling technology was used to study forming heal of variable diameter hollow-ware. According to the workpiece size,different program3D models are established by UG software. Combining the mold design and numerical simulation,and the forming process of workpiece was simulated. Better forming program has been acquired by comparing with simulation results,and forming process parameters were improved. Forming program of variable diameter hollow pieces heal has been obtained.
