淮南矿区近年来煤矿事故统计分析及其防范控制对策

Statistical analysis and control measures for the accidents in Huainan mining area during the resent years

以各年份发生事故次数与死亡人数、各年份发生事故等级、不同类型事故发生次数与单起事故死亡人数为指标,对淮南矿区2000～2012年间发生的281起生产事故进行了统计分析。结果显示,淮南矿区整体生产安全形势良好,但一般事故多发,其中顶板事故发生次数最多,而瓦斯事故造成的单起事故伤亡最大。据此提出,淮南矿区总体上应从深入贯彻现行政策措施、强化事故调查分析和隐患排查治理、建设企业安全文化、加强日常管理、提升应急救援能力等方面入手,切实提高总体事故防范控制工作水平。

The accidents that occurred in Huainan mining area during 2000 to 2012 were classified and analyzed by the number of accidents and deaths in each year,the accidents level of each year,the number of different types of accidents and the casualty per accident. The results showed that,the overall work safety situation in Huainan mining area was good,but the ordinary accident occurred frequently,the roof accidents occurred most frequently,and the gas accident had averagely caused the highest casualty by single accident. Some feasible measures to enhance work safety performance were put forward,such as reinforcing current safety policies and measures,strengthening accident investigation and hazards identification and elimination,building work safety culture,intensifying daily safety management,promoting emergency capabilities,and so on.
