鼽宁治疗常年性变应性鼻炎

Treatment of chronic allergic rhinitis by Qin Ning suppostitory

目的 观察鼽宁栓剂治疗常年性变态性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法 常年性变应性鼻炎患者 85人 ,随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组 5 0例用中药鼽宁栓剂塞鼻 (每日 3次 ,每次 10min) ,对照组 35例 ,口服鼻炎康 (每日 3次 ,每次 4片 )。发作期 ,治疗均以 3日为一疗程 ,连用 1～ 2个疗程 ,症状缓解后继续用药 3周。结果 治疗组 5 0例中 ,显效率 40 % (P <0 .0 5 ) ,有效率 40 % ,无效率2 0 % ,总有效率 80 %。对照组 35例中 ,显效率 14.3% ,有效率 5 4.3% ,无效率 31.4% ,总效率6 8.6 %。两组相比差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 “鼽宁”栓剂有机结合“涩”、“通”、“补”、“疏” ,对常年性变异性鼻炎有较好的疗效。

Objective To observe the curative effect of Qin Ning suppository in treating chronic allergic rhinitis. Methods\ 85 patients with chronic allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group including 50 patients the control group 35 patients.Patients in the treatment group were plugged in nostrils with Qin Ning suppository (three times a day, ten minutes a time); patients in control group took orally Bi Yan Kang(three times a day, four tablets a time). Patients took 1-2 course of treatment continuously, each course lasting three days. Results\ The significant efficacy rate, effective rate, ineffective rate and total effective rate were 40%(P<0.05), 40%,20%,80%(P>0.05), in the treatment group respectively and were 14.3%,54%,31.4% and 68.6% in the control group respectively. Conclusion\ The Qin Ning suppository which acts as “astringent”,“actvator”,“nourisher”,“dissipater”has a good curative effect in treating chronic allergic rhinitis. [
