浅析专科类大学生就业心理及其应对措施

On Junior College Graduates' Psychological Problems for Employment and The Countermeasures

近年来,随着我国高校规模和招生人数的不断扩大,大学生就业形势日趋严峻,就业问题日益突出,尤其是专科类大学生的就业问题以及求职过程当中暴露出来的就业心理问题,已经成为了全社会关注的热点和焦点。文章分析了专科类大学生在求职就业过程中出现的各种常见的就业心理问题,调适由心理问题引起的不良反应,在此基础上,提出了解决专科类大学生就业问题的具体措施。

Recently, with the expansion of higher institutions and increased admission of students to colleges and universities, the situation of graduates＇ employment is increasingly grim, in particular for junior college graduates who suffer from psychological stress in seek of employment.This group of students now draws social attention and becomes a heated problem. The paper analyzes various employment specific problems in the junior college graduates＇ job-hunting and their reaction to unemployment, based on which specific measures are put forth.
