高校资助工作中大学生诚信缺失的现状及对策分析

The Present Situation and Countermeasures for College Students' Credibility Shortage in the College Subsidization Work

高校贫困生是大学生中的一个特殊群体,在资助工作中他们大部分是诚实守信的,但尚有部分受助大学生在国家助学贷款、申请材料、认定程序、资助费用的使用等方面存在诚信缺失的现象,采取切合高校资助工作实际的诚信教育、建立个人诚信档案机制与监督机制、完善高素质的教师诚信队伍是探索大学生资助诚信的重要途径。

Poverty stricken students in college are a special group. Most of them are honest and trustworthy in the subsidization work, but there are still some other students who lack credibility in application for national student loans, approval procedure, and expropriation of the loan to cover their experiences. The important channels to explore the college students＇ credibility in the subsidization work include actual honesty education, individual honesty filing, supervisory mechanism,and a high-quality, honest team of teachers.
