Effect of zinc on corrosion nature of ternary Mg-Zn-Ca alloy

摘要 采用熔剂保护法制备了3种Zn含量分别为0.5%,1%和2%的Mg-Zn-Ca合金,其在Hank’s模拟体液中进行了浸泡腐蚀实验及电化学实验测试.实验结果表明:在Hank’s模拟体液中,含锌量为0.5%镁合金腐蚀速率最小且自腐蚀电位最高;三种成分镁合金的交流阻抗谱以含锌量为0.5%镁合金的容抗弧最大,说明含锌量为0.5%的镁合金耐腐蚀性能最佳. Three kinds of degradable ternary Mg-Zn-Ca alloys with Zn contents of 0. 5%,1% and 2%,respectively,were fabricated by melting and casting. The mass-loss measurement and electrochemical corrosion technique were employed to study their corrosion behaviors in Hank's simulated body fluid. The experimental result shows that the corrosion rate of Mg-0. 5% Zn-0. 5% Ca alloy is the slowest,and its free corrosion potential is the highest. The impedance of Mg-0. 5% Zn-0. 5% Ca alloy is the largest and so the ternary alloy with0. 5% Zn presents an enhanced corrosion resistance.
