摘要
应用大型商业软件FLUENT对某钢厂200 t钢包底吹氩进行数值模拟,应用离散相模型,采用双孔偏心布置,流量分别为600,700,800 NL/min.分析得到:透气砖到中心距离和喷孔夹角的显著性较为明显,透气砖到中心距离对死区出现的影响显著性大于透气砖夹角大于流量;随着透气砖位置中心距离的增加,死区比例呈增加趋势,当双孔位于1/2 R处时,死区比例最大,随后又下降.死区比例是随着喷孔间夹角的增大而增大;在本方案中流量800 NL/min,喷孔夹角60°,喷孔距离钢包底部圆心距离为1/3 R为最优方案.
Numerical simulation was carried out to investigate the 200 t ladle through the large commercial software FLUENT. Argon flow was 600NL /min,700 NL / min,800 NL / min. Through analysis the conclusion was drawn that the effects of the distance to the center hole and the nozzle hole angle are significant. Compared to the angle,the distance has more effect on the dead zone. With increasing the distance,the proportion of dead zone showed an increasing trend,When the holes are located at 1 /2R,the dead zone is the largest proportion,then as the distance increases,the ratio began to decline. Dead ratio will increase as the angle becomes larger.Under the program flow of 800NL /min,the optimal solution is that the distance of nozzle hole is 1 /3R away from the ladle bottom center with the angle of 60°.
