Analysis of energy saving technical measures for the vehicle manufacturing process

摘要 文章分析了某汽车制造企业对四大生产工艺实施的节能技术改造措施及其节能效益,成效显著的措施有涂装车间新建RTO炉进行废气处理及热能回收利用、色漆喷漆室空调送风再循环利用至机器人自动喷涂区,可分别实现年节能1120吨和734吨标准煤。技术措施实施后,企业单位产品综合能耗降低至117.9 kgce/辆车,达到了行业先进水平。 The vehicle manufacturing process generally consist of pressing, welding, painting and assem-bling process. The energy saving technical measures in above four production processes and their energy sav-ing benefits were analyzed in a vehicle manufacturing enterprise. There were some benefit-significant mea-sures, such as building RTO furnaces to treat exhaust gas and reclaim thermal energy in the painting work-shop, cyclic utilization of air-conditioning supply air to robot-automatic painting zone in the colored paint painting room, 1120 t and 734 t standard coal can be saved every year, respectively. After technical mea-sures being carried out, energy consumption for per unit product of vehicle dropped to 117.9 kgce, reached the advanced energy consumption value for vehicle production industry.
