摘要
车载辅助电源是电动汽车和混合动力汽车的重要元件,用于实现高压动力电池与低压蓄电池之间的能量传输,其转换效率是备受关注的性能指标之一。针对一种应用于车载辅助电源的全桥ZVS DC/DC变换器进行了工作过程分析、建立了损耗模型;在此基础上,以提高变换器效率为指标,针对不同的损耗源进行了仿真计算,提出了相应的效率优化方法,在研制的750 W样机上进行了实验验证,实验结果证明了优化方法使变换器满载效率提升了3.2%。
Automotive auxiliary power supply is an important component on EV/HEV. It transfers energy from the power battery to the low voltage battery, so efficiency of the converter is high-profile. A full bridge ZVS DC/DC converter applied on automotive auxiliary power supply was designed. The loss break down was given based on phase analysis. Efficiency optimization methods of this converter were presented according to different source of loss. A 750 W DC/DC converter prototype was built to verify the optimization methods, and the experimental results show that the efficiency of the converter increased about 3.2% at rated power.
