整体护理在促进缺血性脑卒中肢体功能恢复中的作用

Holistic nursing care to improve the recovery of limb function in ischemic stroke

目的评价整体护理在缺血性脑卒中患者中对肢体功能恢复的影响。方法将2011年1月至2013年6月收治的183例缺血性脑卒中患者随机分为研究组(89例)和对照组(94例)。对照组给予药物治疗、康复治疗和常规护理,研究组在此基础上给予整体护理,分别于治疗前,治疗后7、14、28 d对患者进行简式Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分量表(FMA)、日常生活活动能力(ADL)评定。结果治疗第14、28天,研究组患者FMA、ADL评分与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论整体护理能促进急性缺血性脑卒中患者肢体功能的恢复。

Objective To evaluate the effect of the holistic nursing care for the recovery of limb function in patients with ischemic stroke. Methods Totally 183 patients with ischemic stroke,who were received and cured from January 2011 to June2013,were randomly divided into the research group（n=89） and the control group（n=94）. The control group was treated with drug treatment,rehabilitation therapy and routine nursing care,and the research group was added with holistic nursing care on the basis of the control group. The simple Fugle-Meyer assessment scale（FMA） and the activities of daily living（ADL） were evaluated respectively in the two groups before treatment and on the 7th,14 th and 28 th day after treatment. Results On the 14 th and 21 st day of treatment,the difference of FMA and ADL scores between the two group was significantly different（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Holistic nursing care can promote functional recovery of ischemic stroke.
