分析辅导员队伍中存在的问题及其原因,就如何提升辅导员的自身素质,打造高质量的辅导员工作团队提出了行之有效的解决对策:勤于思考,加强学习,提升自身的素养;以学生工作为依托,为辅导员发展提供平台;开拓视野,增长知识,加强对外交流与联系。

The existing problems and their causes in the counselor team are analyzed. Based on how to improve the instructor＇s own quality,the solutions are proposed to build effective counselors work team of high quality： being diligent in thinking,strengthening study,improving their literacy; on the basis of the students work,escorting the future development of their own; broadening their horizons,increasing knowledge,and strengthening outward exchange and connection.
