摘要
本文主要对比国内试点城市新能源汽车保有量及充电基础设施建设布局情况,分析北京新能源汽车充电设施布局特点;结合北京现有电网及城区结构,给出基础设施存在的问题,探讨满足未来发展需求的充电设施布局策略和方案,确定新能源汽车以需求为指引、需求预测为辅助的基础设施布局设计原则,丰富充电基础设施网络结构。
Compared to domestic pilot cities of new energy cars ownership, the layout of the charging infrastructure, the paper analyzes the characteristics of Beijing's new energy vehicle charging infrastructure layout.Combined with the Beijing urban structure and existing power grid, the paper gives the problems of Beijing new energy vehicle charging infrastructure layout; explores strategies and programs of charging infrastructure layout in order to meet the needs of future new energy vehicles' development demand.Determine the infrastructure layout design principles ,which are with the needs of new energy vehicles as a guide, with the demand forecast of auxiliary, rich charging infrastructure network structure.
