臭氧-射频联合疗法在椎间盘源性腰痛中的应用与护理要点

The clinical application of ozone therapy combined with radiofrequency for discogenic back pain

目的探讨臭氧-射频联合微创疗法对椎间盘源性腰痛的疗效和护理要点。方法选取75例椎间盘源性腰痛症患者行臭氧-射频联合疗法治疗，采用视觉模拟疼痛评分（VAS）作为疼痛的评价指标，应用改良后的MacNab标准评价疗效。结果对67例椎间盘源性腰痛造影阳性患者利用臭氧-射频联合治疗方法取得了良好的治疗效果，6个月后回访有效率高达88．1％，且患者的VAS评分较治疗前显著下降。结论臭氧-射频联合治疗椎间盘源性腰痛效果明显，充分发挥臭氧治疗和射频治疗各自优点的同时，能够使两者疗效有机结合、相互补充。在臭氧-射频联合疗法过程中应注意相关护理要点，使该方法得到有效完善。

Objective To discuss the therapeutic effect of ozone therapy combined with ra- diofrequency （RF） on discogenic back pain （DBP） and related nursing requirements. Methods 75 patients with DBP were diagnosed with radiofrequency ozone therapy. Therapeutic effects was estimated by using visual analogue scale （VAS） and Macnab＇ s methods. Results After treatment, the rate of return of patients reached 88.1% . The evaluation of VAS on patients were significantly decreased （P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion Ozone therapy combined with radiofrequency is effective for discogenic back pain. Future improvement should be focused on relate nursing methods.
