后腹腔镜联合胸腔软镜进行肾盂输尿管切开取石术的手术配合

Application of retroperitoneal laparoscopy combined with thoracoscope in surgery of pyeloureterolithotomy

目的探讨后腹腔镜联合胸腔软镜在肾盂输尿管切开取石术中的应用价值，总结其手术配合经验。方法对35例的肾盂输尿管结石患者实施后腹腔镜联合胸腔软镜肾盂输尿管切开取石术。结果35例手术均顺利完成，手术时间约30～100min，术中出血20～100mL，无并发症的发生。结论后腹腔镜联合胸腔软镜辅助取石适用于肾盂输尿管结石患者，对多发结石更有价值，做好术前准备、体位安置及术中的密切配合是保证手术顺利进行的关键。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of retroperitoneal laparoscopy com- bined with thoracoscope in surgery of pyeloureterolithotomy. Methods 35 patients treated by pye- loureterolithotomy surgery with retroperitoneal laparoscopy and thoracoscope. Results 35 patients completed the treatment in 30 -- 100 min, with hemorrhage of 20 -- 100 mL. There was no complication after surgery. Condusion Retroperitoneal laparoseopy combined with thoracoscope is valuable in sur- gery of pyeloureterolithotomy, especially for those patients with complex calculus.
