舒适护理在剖宫产术后护理中的应用

Comfortable nursing applied in the nursing of parturient after caesarean section

目的探讨舒适护理在剖宫产术后产妇护理中的应用效果。方法选取2012年2月—2013年5月行剖官产术分娩的产妇110例，随机分为对照组和观察组，各55例。对照组采取常规护理，观察组采取舒适护理。观察比较2组患者护理后的心理状况、舒适度及满意度情况。结果观察组与对照组在心理状况、舒适度及满意度方面均差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论舒适护理能够改善产妇的心理状况，增加了产妇舒适度及对医院护理的满意度，对提高患者康复水平和生活质量。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of comfortable nursing applied in the nursing of parturient after caesarean section. Methods 110 patients were divided into study group and controlled group. Patients in controlled group were treated with routine nursing, and the study group was treated with comfortable nursing, comparison was made on effect between two groups. Results There were significant differences in psychological status, comfort and satisfaction between two groups （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Giving parturient comfortable nursing after caesarean section can improve psychological status, increase comfort and satisfaction, which is worthy promoting clinically.
