不同流速下径向流吸附器流场分析

摘要 主要介绍了径向流吸附器的设备结构和工作原理,并且在此基础上建立简单的模型,采用FLUENT软件对不同入口流速下径向流吸附器流场进行了模拟计算,得出了不同流速下径向流吸附器内流场气体流场和流动速度分布,并对此进行了比较和分析得出了入口速度越大,吸附器的饱和临界曲线突破点位置就会越早出现,并预测对于不同处理气量的吸附器都会存在一个最佳的入口流速。 The main structure and the operational principle of radial flow molecular sieve adsorber are mainly introduced.The simple model is established,and the analysis of flow filed of radial flow molecular sieve adsorber under different flow rates is made with FLUENT software.The results show that it displays different flow filed and velocity distribution in adsorber under different inlet velocity.With the analysis and comparison of the results,it shows that the faster the inlet velocity is,the earlier the position of break through point would appear.And it suggests that there is a best inlet velocity by different processing capacity adsorber.
