乳腺癌常用中医治法探讨

Study on Therapy of Breast Cancer in TCM

本虚标实是乳腺癌的病机特点,本虚以脾胃虚弱、肝肾亏虚为主,标实主要表现为气滞、血瘀、痰阻、癌毒;基于本病的病机认识,总结了中医治疗乳腺癌的常用治法为补益脾胃、滋补肝肾、疏肝理气、解毒散结。

The pathogenesis of breast cancer is characterized with deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality;the deficiency is mainly manifested in spleen and stomach,liver and kidney while excess mainly in qi stagnation,blood stasis,phlegm obstruction and cancers.This paper summed up the common therapies including replenishing spleen and stomach,nourishing liver and kidney,soothing liver and regulating qi and detoxification and dissolving a mass based on the understanding of pathogenesis of the disease.
