酒炙前后对上焦病症及肝脏能量代谢酶活性的影响 被引量:9

摘要 目的比较黄连酒炙前后对上焦病症的药理作用差异,及其酒炙对机体肝脏能量代谢酶活性的影响。方法制备肺炎链球菌性肺炎和醋酸灼烧创伤性口腔溃疡模型,灌胃给予生黄连,酒黄连,比较黄连酒炙前后对其病理改变的影响;比较黄连酒炙前后对小鼠肝脏能量代谢酶:Na+-K+-ATP酶、Ca2+-ATP酶、SDH酶活性影响。结果与生黄连相比,酒黄连可明显降低肺炎链球菌性肺炎大鼠的白细胞和中性粒细胞水平,减少肺部细支气管和肺泡腔内炎性渗出和血管充血现象;酒黄连可明显缓解醋酸灼烧创伤性口腔溃疡大鼠黏膜组织的炎症程度和组织坏死情况;酒黄连对Ca2+-ATP酶活性的抑制作用明显弱于生黄连组(P<0.05),对SDH酶活性的抑制作用有降低趋势,对Na+-K+-ATP酶活性的影响无明显差异。结论黄连酒炙后对上焦病症的治疗作用增强,对肝脏中能量代谢酶活性的抑制作用有减弱趋势。酒炙能抑制药物苦寒之性,引药上行,善清上焦之热。 OBJECTIVE To compare the effects of crude and wine-processed Rhizoma Coptidis on upper-energizer disease and the activities of energy metabolism enzymes in liver.METHODS To establish pneumococcal pneumonia and acetic acid burning mouth ulcers model,the effects crude and wine-processed of Rhizoma Coptidis on pathological changes were observed.After oral administration of crude and wine-processed Rhizoma Coptidis aqueous extracts,the activities of energy metabolism enzymes such as Na+-K+-ATP enzymes,Ca2+-ATP enzymes,and succinic dehydrogenase(SDH)in liver of mice had been determined.RESULTS Compared to the crude one,the wine-processed Rhizoma Coptidis could significantly reduce the level of leucocyte and neutrophilic granulocyte,alleviate the phenomenon of bronchiole inflammatory exudation and congestion of blood vessel of lung tissue and remit the phenomenon of inflammatory exudation and tissue necrosis of mucous membrane of mouth of the acetic acid burning mouth ulcers model rats.The inhibitory effect of wine-processed Rhizoma Coptidis on Ca2+-ATPase was significantly weaker than that of crude one(P〈0.05),the inhibitory effect on SDH had a trend of lower,the inhibitory effect on Na+-K+-ATPase had no significant difference.CONCLUSION The wine-processed Rhizoma Coptidis had stronger therapeutic effect on upper-energizer diseases,and weaker inhibitory effect tendency on the activites of energy metabolism enzyme in mice liver than the crude.Therefore,the wine-processing could inhibitate the cold property of drugs,make the medicine uplink,and be good at treating the diseases of upper-energizer.
