摘要
连霍高速公路路面拓宽,需要对洛阳至三门峡段原有跨线桥进行拆除爆破。跨线桥为门式结构,主要承重构件内钢筋布置密集,为了防止出现"爆而不塌"的现象,制定了分块解体拆除爆破和切割拆除爆破两种切实可行的爆破方案并对其进行了受力情况分析。通过比较,采用聚能切割钢筋和钻孔爆破相结合的拆除爆破技术实施爆破并采取相应的预处理措施,在严密的安全防护措施下,拆除爆破取得了理想的效果,可为类似工程提供参考。
The original bridge had to be removed by blasting due to the road to be extended from Luoy- ang to Sanmenxia in Lianhuo highway. Ifs a bridge of door structure which containing intensive reinforce- ment in the main bearing component. In order to prevent the phenomenon of“blasting and not collapse”, two feasible blasting programs of block disintergration and cutting blasting were made and the stress distri- bution was analyzed. Comparing with the two programs, the technology Which combination of cutting by collecting energy and drilling blasting was used. Because of making the corresponding pretreatment meas- ures and strict safety protection measures , an ideal blasting effect was achieved. It provided a reference for the similar projects.
