摘要
采用自编随班就读教师问卷对黑龙江省30所小学的33名随班就读教师的基本情况、特教知识与技能掌握情况、教学工作和专业支持等现状进行了调查。结果表明:黑龙江省随班就读小学教师的学历结构合理,教龄结构不尽合理;黑龙江省随班就读小学教师特殊教育专业知识不足;黑龙江省随班就读小学教师对随读生的教学与普通生没有差异;黑龙江省随班就读小学教师获得的专业支持较少。
By way of a questionnaire, this article surveyed the current status of 33 primary school teachers in 30 regular classes with special students learning in Heilongjiang province, including the distribution of the teachers’educational background and their age structure, their knowledge and skills of special education, their teaching status and professional support. The results are as follows: in Heilongjiang province, the educational background distribution of the teachers in regular classes with special students is quite reasonable but their age structure is unreasonable; they lack professional knowledge of special education; there is no difference between their teaching provided for special students and that provided for regular students;they get less professional support than that in other provinces.
