摘要 本文探讨了改性高水材料在沿空留巷支护中的应用。采用该材料充填采空区侧的部分空间,用该材料形成的充填体替换原保留煤柱支护支承留巷侧巷道顶板,使原巷道沿空完整保留下来。该材料与水混合后具有浆液浓度小,长距离泵送不分散、不离析沉淀、粘塑性不损失,泌水率低、不阻塞管路等特性,操作工艺简单、留巷成本低、凝固时间可调、对围岩适应性强、密闭采空区效果好等优点,且能与生产相匹配,克服了传统留巷工序繁琐、运料困难、不能让压等缺点。 This article discusses the modified high water materials along the empty left lane support the application. Using the material filling gob side part of the space,with the material form of filling body to replace the original coal pillar reserved,Achieve bolting supporting roadway along goaf roadway roof and side for the original complete preserved. Build with the material of the filling body,After it is mixed with water and with slurry concentration is small,long- distance pumping not dispersed segregation precipitation viscoplastic loss,low exudation rate does not block pipeline; Another simple operation process,lower the cost for coagulation time is adjustable for the advantages of strong adaptability airtight goaf surrounding rock effect is good,And can match the production,to overcome the traditional process trival haul for shortcomings such as difficult can't let the pressure.
