干喷、湿喷工艺对比及降尘效果测定分析 被引量:6

摘要 针对干喷作业现场粉尘浓度高、作业环境差的实际情况,在对比了干喷和湿喷工艺的基础上,对干喷工艺的产尘机理进行了分析,进而通过对干喷和湿喷作业现场粉尘浓度的测定,对湿喷工艺的降尘效果进行了分析,研究结果表明:湿喷工艺的降尘效果非常明显,与干喷工艺相比,施工现场的全尘和呼尘的降尘率均达到了90%以上,有效改善了现场的作业环境,保障了作业人员的身心健康和安全生产,具有明显的经济效益和社会效益。 According to the actual situation of the dust concentration of dry shotcrete is high,the working environment is poor,based on comparing the process of dry and wet- mix shotcrete,analyzed the dust production mechanism of dry shotcrete process,and tested the dust concentration using dry and wet- mix shotcrete in field,compared the effect of dust removing using? dry and wet- mix shotcrete,Results showed that the effect of dust removing of the wet spray process is very obvious,the dust rate of the total dust and respirable dust rate reach above 90% in the construction site,effectively improve the working environment,protect the workers health and safety,and has the obvious economic benefits and social benefits.
