摘要
在市场经济下行压力加大的情况下,泉兴公司持续优化现场安全生产管理人员配置,坚持"点、线、面结合,多层级覆盖"的原则,以重要岗位为点,以巷道分段为线,以带班区域为面,对井下生产现场划分为53个安全生产网格,将地面分为77个网格,实施"3+3"管理模式,落实"网格定位、设备定置、人员定责"的"三位一体"安全监管机制,形成了分级监管、责任明晰、定位准确、高效运转的网格化管理,建立了安全监管新机制、新平台。
With increasing of market economy downward pressure,Quanxing company continuously optimized site safety production management personnel,adhered to the principle of " point,line,surface combination,multilayer coverage",made the important posts as point,roadway segment as line,shift regional as surface,on the production site is divided into 53 safety grid,the ground is divided into 77 grid,and implemented "3 + 3" management mode,put into effect " grid location,equipment set,personnel responsible" " three- in- one" safety supervision mechanism,formed a grid management classification supervision,clear responsibility,accuracy positioning,efficient operation,set up safety supervision mechanism the new platform.
