Green design and manufacturing technology of coal mine machinery

煤矿机械体积大、能耗高、污染严重,因此有必要在煤矿机械设计与制造中引入"绿色理念"。文章在总结阐释煤矿机械绿色设计与制造内涵的基础上,分析了现代煤矿机械的绿色设计技术以及制造技术的主要内容,结合现代煤矿机械产品设计的特点,讨论了煤矿机械产品设计绿色化的必要性。

Coal mine machinery has the character of large volume,high energy consumption,serious pollution,so it is necessary to introduce the ＂ green concept in the design and manufacture of coal mine machinery＂. Based on the summary of green design and manufacturing to explain the connotation of coal mine machinery,analyzed the main contents of green design technology of modern coal mine machinery and manufacturing technology,combined with the characteristics of modern coal mine machinery product design,discussed the necessity of green design of coal mine machinery.
