摘要
以2-甲基咪唑为原料通过亲核取代反应合成一种N,N-二烷基化咪唑季铵盐.利用红外光谱(IR)和氢核磁共振波谱(1 HNMR)、分子量测试、C、H、N元素分析和Br-含量的测试对目标产物进行结构表征.测试结果确定该季铵盐为溴化1-十六烷基-3-(11-羟十一烷基)-2-甲基咪唑季铵盐.本合成反应原料经济易得,产物的提纯方法简单,产率(90%)和纯度很高,具有一定的推广和应用前景.
A kind of N,N-dialkylated imidazole quaternary ammonium salt was synthesized from 2-methylimidazole through nucleophilic substitution.The target product was characterized by infrared spectroscopy(IR),hydrogen nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy(1 HNMR),molecular weight test,C,H,N elemental analysis and Br-content test.It was proved that the product was 1-hexadecyl-3-(11-hydroxyundecyl)-2-methylimidazolium bromide considering all above characterizations.The method developed in this work has better application prospects for its economy raw materials,simple purification method,and high yield(as high as 90%)with high purity.
