摘要
将中国31个城市分为5类,并建立工业产值与工业污染物排放量的多目标规划模型.结果表明:调整各城市的工业产值,不能实现工业污染物减排;通过调整目标的权重,除工业粉尘保持原有排放量外,其余工业污染物排放量都有所下降;各城市工业产值增长率为往年的最小值时,工业废水、SO2、烟尘及固废排放量都有所下降,而工业粉尘却增长;各类城市工业产值增长率为往年最大值时,工业SO2、烟尘、粉尘以及固废排放量都有所增长,而工业废水排放量却下降.
Thirty-one cities of China are classified into five groups to set up a multi-objective planning model,and the model is applicated in the Chinese industrial economy and industrial pollutant emissions.The results show that,the reduction of industrial pollutant discharge could not be realized by adjusting the industrial production in 5 groups cities;but industrial dust emission,industrial SO2,water,fumes,and solid waste emission could reduce according to adjust the weighting coefficient of objective;when the growth rates of all cities' industrial GDP are the minimum value,industrial SO2,water,fumes,and solid waste emission could reduce,while industrial dust emission increases;when the growth rates of all cities' industrial GDP are the maximum value,industrial SO2,dust,fumes,and solid waste emission could increase,while industrial waste emission decrease.
