基于知识重用的除氧器快速设计系统

摘要 除氧器设计时由于客户定制成分较多,一般采用根据订单个性化进行设计的方法,因此存在设计错误多、设计周期长的问题。为更有效地利用已有的除氧器设计知识来提高设计效率,分析了除氧器产品的结构特点和设计知识特点,提出了除氧器产品的整体和功能模块知识的表达方式,并给出了功能模块的产品配置和范例推理规则。进一步分析了除氧器配置设计知识的组成及实现配置的方法,采用基于产品配置和范例推理技术,建立了一个基于知识重用的除氧器快速设计系统,并给出了Tryout300MW3800型除氧器设计的应用实例。实践证明,应用此快速设计系统使得设计速度和正确度大大提高,满足了设计要求。 As the many components of custom-made in deaerator designing,often adopt the personalized design method according to the longer design cycle and many mistakes in designing. For that reason,to make full use of existing knowledge on deaerator design,the characteristics of deaerator structures and design knowledge were analyzed,and a method to describe the whole deaerator unit and functional elements was put forward. The configuration regulations for functional module and judgment criterion for CaseBased Reasoning(CBR)were provided. A rapid design system was formulated by CBR and configuration rules after analyzing the configuration design knowledge and the method to implement the configuration. An example of deaerator design was given to prove that this system makes the design fast and accuracy,increasing to design requirement greatly.
