摘要 分析采用SolidWorks软件反求建模的特点,提出针对SolidWorks反求曲面进行精度评价的方法,确定影响SolidWorks反求曲面精度的主要因素。以电动自行车坐垫曲面精度评价为例,详细介绍精度评价的过程,通过对评价结果的分析获得符合工程实践需要的曲面反求方案。 The characteristics of reverse modeling on SolidWorks were analyzed. The method of the accuracy assessment of reverse surface on SolidWorks was put forward. The main factors of the reverse surface accuracy on SolidWorks was sure. With electric bicycle seat surface accuracy assessment as an example,the process of accuracy assessment was introduced,the surface reverse solution accord with engineering practice need was obtained based on the analysis of the evaluation results.
