基于正交试验的喷丝板微孔刀具结构参数对切削性能的影响分析 被引量:4

摘要 采用金属切削有限元仿真软件DEFORM-3D建立了喷丝板微孔刀具切削的有限元模型,并基于正交试验表的设计方法,设计了4水平3因素的正交试验表。以刀具切削过程中的轴向力和扭矩作为刀具切削性能影响参数的评价指标,根据正交试验的极差分析结果,确定了喷丝板微孔刀具切削性能评价指标诸因素的影响程度排序。通过对刀具不同结构参数的分析,得到了各结构参数对刀具切削性能影响的变化规律,可为进一步的喷丝板微孔刀具的优化设计提供参考。 Finite element model for spinneret micro-hole drilling process was established by the employment of DEFORM-3D for metal cuttings. 4 level 3 factors of orthogonal experiment were carried out based on the finite element model and the method for orthogonal experiment designs. Thrust force and torque were evaluated as indicators to determine the influence of factors affecting the mechanical properties of micro-hole drills in metal cutting processes. The arrangement of the factors influencing the cutting process,such as point angle,rake angle,chisel edge angle and chisel edge thickness,was ranked due to its extent of influence on the mechanical properties of the drills. The arrangement was carried out on the basis of the range analysis of the results derived from orthogonal experiments. The distinct factors influencing the mechanical properties of drills during the metal cutting process were all investigated;moreover,the variations induced by the changes of the factors on the metal cutting processes were finally obtained. The results of present study are necessary for further optimizations of spinneret micro-hole drills designs.
