摘要
本文对中国与美国关于信息资源共享政策法规建设问题进行了较为详细地比较,总结了美国信息资源共享政策法规的特点,找出了我国在该领域的不足,并提出了我国信息资源共享政策法规建设的思路和建议。
Based on the comparative study of the construction of information resource sharing policy laws and regulations of China and the United States,this paper summarizes the characteristics of it in the United States,finds out the deficiencies of it in China,puts forward China＇s ideas and suggestions of the construction of information resource sharing policy laws and regulations.
