摘要
图书馆的加工业务是采编业务外包中的必须环节。本文提出了其中存在的风险问题,如业务发展、变革的停滞风险、业务依赖、管理难度大等,文中举例阐述并提出控制风险的几点方法。
The library book processing business is often the indispensable link during the cataloguing service outsourcing,therefore,this paper puts forward some risk problems,such as the stagnation risk of the business development and change,and business dependence,difficult management.And then it puts forward the method of risk control.
