摘要
教师伦理是教师共同体承担的教育的道德责任。调查显示了教师伦理六个关系维度的现实样态:教师最看重学生成绩,师生伦理关系一般;教师职业认同不够坚定;教师专业自主受到多方面挑战;教师的非专业任务繁重;教师对待家长态度差异大,班主任责任凸显;教师同伴合作观念优于实际的合作行为。教师伦理重构需要反思:现实境遇下教师应坚守教育的道德性目的;"全面关心学生"是教师伦理的首要指标;教师共同体伦理责任亟待加强;适度量化考核,提升教师自主。
Teachers' ethics is the moral responsibility of education which is undertook by the teach er community. The investigation has demonstrated the current situation of teachers' ethics : Teach ers mostly value the student performance, ethical relationships between teachers and students are or dinary; the professional identity of teachers is not firm enough; teachers' professional autonomy is multifaceted challenged ; the non specialized duties of teachers are arduous ; since the differences in teachers' attitudes towards parents, head teachers' responsibilities highlight; the concept of fel low teacher cooperation is better than the actual cooperation. Teachers' ethics restructuring needs to be reconsidered : Under the realistic circumstances, the teacher must stick to the moral goal of edu cation; "comprehensive care for students" is a primary indicator of teachers' ethics; teachers' community ethical responsibility must be urgently strengthened; moderate quantitative assessment, enhancing the teachers' autonomy.
