摘要
受不同重要事件,利益相关者以及环境等要素的交融与互动,教师会体验并表达出各种不同的教师情绪。运用布朗芬布伦纳的人类生态系统理论为论证基础并结合现实例证,统筹分析影响教师情绪形成的诸多因素,勾勒教师情绪的生态地景,可对处理教师情绪问题,深入理解教师情绪研究,促进教师专业发展等方面提供一种新的视角与思路。
Under the influence of different critical incidents and environmental interactions with oth er stakeholders, teachers experience and express different kinds of emotions. This paper adapts the theoretical perspective of U. Bronfenbrenner' s Human Ecological System to explore the formation of teachers' emotions. The formation of teachers' emotions through the interaction between teachers' internal characteristics with the microystem, the mesosystem, the exosystem and the macrosystem is illustrated with examples. Implications for teacher development and furture research are discussed.
