Drug therapy of heart failure:history present and the future

随着对心力衰竭的研究和认识的深入,其治疗方式从改善短期血流动力学状态转变为长期修复性策略,衰竭心脏的生物学性质;从采用"强心、利尿、扩血管"药物转变为神经内分泌抑制剂,并积极应用非药物的器械治疗。心力衰竭的治疗目标不仅是改善症状、提高生活质量,更重要的是针对心肌重构的机制,防止和延缓心肌重构的发展,从而降低住院率和病死率。

With the research and understanding of the treatment of heart failure in depth,from short term improvement in he modynamic status change for long term restoration strategy,biological properties of heart failure;from the＂change the strong heart,diuretic,vasodilator drugs＂as neuroendocrine inhibitor,and actively use non drug treatment equipment. Heart failure treatment goal is not only to improve symptoms,improve the quality of life,more important is the mechanism for myocardial remodeling,prevent and delay the development of myocardial remodeling,thus to reduce the rate of hospitalization and mor tality.
