摘要
康复治疗能增强心力衰竭患者运动能力和心脏功能,减少住院率,降低病死率。文章介绍开展康复运动的流程、运动方法、效果评估和安全监测,以及国内外心力衰竭康复治疗的现状,并对中国心力衰竭康复治疗的未来进行展望。
Rehabilitation therapy enhances motor ability and cardiac function,and reduces admission rate and even mortality in patients suffering heart failure. This paper introduces the procedure of the rehabilitation therapy,the type and method of exercise training,effect evaluation and safety monitoring during exercise training. It also highlights the current situation of re habilitation therapy for heart failure at home and abroad,and discusses the prospect of rehabilitation therapy for heart failure in China.
