摘要
通过压力组成等温曲线测试仪(PCT)测试了工业海绵钛在400~600℃温度下的吸放氢特性。应用反应速率分析方法计算了实验温度下的反应速率常数,并通过阿伦尼乌斯方程计算出实验条件下海绵钛吸放氢表观活化能。经过完全活化后,海绵钛吸氢表观活化能为(34.42±0.02)kJ/mol,氢化钛粉的脱氢表观活化能为(29.93±0.01)kJ/mol。这个结果表明,氢原子在金属相间的扩散速率是控制海绵钛氢化与脱氢反应的主要因素。
The hydrogenation and dehydrogenation kinetics of commercial grade sponge titanium produced in Panzhihua has been studied over the temperature range from 400 to 600 ℃ using a pressure-composition-temperature( PCT) system. The reaction rate constants of the hydrogenation and dehydrogenation processes are determined using the method of reaction rate analysis in a constant volume system. The apparent activation energy values obtained from the Arrhenius equation were( 34. 42 ± 0. 02) and( 29. 93 ± 0. 01) kJ /mol for hydrogenation and dehydrogenation,respectively. These results suggest that the hydrogenation and dehydrogenation processes are dictated by the diffusivity of hydrogen.
