摘要
为改善不锈钢的表面综合性能,采用超声波辅助化学沉积技术在304不锈钢基体表面成功制备Ni-P-Al2O3复合镀层,利用电子分析天平、显微硬度计以及X射线衍射仪对Ni-P-Al2O3镀层的镀速、显微硬度及组分进行研究。结果表明,当Al2O3悬浮量为2g/L时,镀层的镀速和显微硬度分别为8.7μm/h和760 Hv。镀液温度保持在85℃时,Ni-P-Al2O3镀层的镀速和显微硬度分别为8.4μm/h和747 Hv。在Ni-PAl2O3镀层中存在Ni、Ni3P和Al2O3三相。
In order to improve the comprehensive properties of stainless steel,Ni-P-Al2O3coatings were successfully prepared by ultrasonic electroless deposition on the surface of 304 stainless steel. The plating rate,microhardness and composition of Ni-P-Al2O3composite coatings were investigated by using electronic analytical balance,microhardness tester and X-ray diffraction. The results indicate that when the Al2O3concentration was 2 g /L,the plating rate and microhardness of Ni-P-Al2O3coatings were 8. 7 μm /h and 760 Hv,respectively. While bath temperature maintained at 85 ℃,the plating rate and microhardness of the coatings were 8. 4 μm /h and 747 Hv,respectively. There were Ni,Ni3P and Al2O3in Ni-P-Al2O3coatings.
