一种宽带隙吡啶酮衍生物的合成及荧光发光性能研究

摘要 设计、合成了宽带隙发深蓝光荧光的吡啶酮衍生物3,5-二甲基-6-腈基-2-(1H)-吡啶酮(DNPE),对其荧光特性进行了研究。通过红外光谱、核磁共振谱和元素分析确定了分子结构,并得到了其单晶结构:DNPE为三斜晶系,P-1空间群;a=0.39049nm,b=0.73288nm,c=1.2694nm;α=77.09°,β=89.16°,γ=89.40°;并进一步通过紫外-可见吸收光谱、循环伏安曲线、荧光发射光谱表征了材料的光学带隙和发光性能。结果表明,DNPE的光学带隙为3.52eV,在乙醇溶液中的紫外吸收峰主要为215,237,330nm;固体荧光最大发射峰为395nm,为宽带隙深蓝色荧光,而液体中最大发射峰为375nm,表明具有明显的溶剂化效应。分析显示3,5-二甲基-6-腈基-2-(1H)-吡啶酮的荧光量子产率为66.54%。此研究不仅拓宽了宽带隙蓝光荧光发射材料的种类,而且有望在要求更宽带隙的蓝光主体材料中发挥重要作用。 The paper designed and synthesized a wide band-gap pyridone derivatives 3,5-dimenthyl-6-nitrile-pyridone(DNPE).The chemical structure of the complex was confirmed by FT-IR spectra,1 H NMR and elemental analysis techniques,and its crystal structures were also determined.DNPE was triclinic crystal system,P-1 space group,a=0.39049nm,b=0.73288nm,c=1.2694nm;α=77.09°,β=89.16°,γ=89.40°.Optical band gap and photoluminescence were investigated by UV-Vis absorption spectra,cyclic voltammetry experiments and fluorescence emission spectrum.The results showed that its UV-Vis absorption peak in alcohol solution were at about 215,237,330nm,maximum emission peak was at 395nm in solid state and was at 375nm in liquid state,which showed DNPE had obvious solution effects.Fluorescence quantum efficiency of 3,5-dimethyl-6-nitrile-pyridone was calculated by the value of 66.54%,which showed that pyridone derivatives had great application values both in fluorescent light-emitting materials and in blue-light emitting host materials.
