摘要
本文针对LC并联谐振负载,分析了DE类功率放大器的等效模型,以研究如何提升感应测井仪发射电路的效率;利用器件的Spice模型在软件上对电路进行了仿真,效率达到95%以上。为控制发射电流的幅度,对一种基于开关电源的幅度调节方案作了仿真,根据结果分析了影响发射电路整体效率的因数。
In this paper, an equivalent model of a class DE power amplifier with a LC parallel resonant load is analyzed, so as to improve the efficiency of transmitting circuit for induction logging tools. The simulated efficiency is over 95%, based on the output data of a simulation with spice model. In order to control the amplitude of transmitting current, a controlling scheme with switching power supply is simulated. According to the simulation data, an analysis on the impact factors of the overall efficiency is given.
