摘要
针对混凝土在搅拌过程中容易出现的离析问题,本文参考现在主流的混凝土搅拌车建立非等边角螺旋线混凝土搅拌罐的几何模型,并对搅拌罐中的混凝土进行多相流仿真分析;同时,作者通过对仿真分析同类型混凝土搅拌车的不同搅拌卸料阶段混凝土进行采样,对样本进行科学系统分析。最后,将实际分析结果与流体仿真结果进行分析对比,两种分析结果表现出较高的一致性。
For concrete mixing process is prone to segregation problem, this paper refer to refer to the prevailing concrete mixing to establish non-equi angular spiral concrete tank body , and to do the concrete mixing tank multiphase flow simulation analysis; Meanwhile, through the simulation analysis of the same type of concrete mixer concrete discharge phase difference stir sampled for analysis of samples for scientific system.Finally, the actual analysis results and the fluid simulation results are analyzed, two kinds of analysis results showed a high consistency.
