去分支技术治疗胸腹主动脉瘤 被引量：2

摘要 胸腹主动脉瘤累及长段主动脉,治疗难度大.传统开放手术需开胸开腹,创伤较大,腔内技术尚无法在保证动脉瘤无内漏基础上有效保留内脏动脉血供.去分支技术又称为“杂交技术”,是介于传统手术和完全腔内治疗的一种手术方式[1],既减少了传统手术的治疗时间和巨大创伤,又规避了完全腔内治疗、分支支架所带来的高内漏率及高额费用,更由于不结扎腰动脉和肋间动脉,大大降低了围手术期截瘫的风险[2].第二军医大学长海医院血管外科2007年8月至2013年3月采用去分支技术治疗胸腹主动脉瘤7例,现报告如下.
