肛门生殖器距离与精索静脉曲张术后精液质量改善关系的研究
摘要
肛门生殖器距离（anogenital distance,AGD）即肛门与生殖器之间的距离,最初用于啮齿类动物区分性别的标准[1-2].随着对AGD认识的逐渐深入,有国外学者研究其与人类隐睾、尿道下裂以及男性生殖能力之间的关系,取得了一定的成果[2-4].在国内,关于AGD的研究鲜有报道.我们通过研究探讨AGD与精索静脉曲张术后精液质量改善之间的关系,为术前预判手术疗效提供参考.
