散发性肾脏血管母细胞瘤两例报告并文献复习 被引量：6

摘要 血管母细胞瘤一般为单发于中枢神经系统的良性肿瘤,约25％的病例与von Hippel-Lindau （VHL）病相关[1],发生于中枢神经系统以外的散发性血管母细胞瘤很少有报道,而肾脏血管母细胞瘤（hemangioblastoma of the kidney,HBK）相当罕见.2011年12月和2013年10月我院收治2例散发性HBK患者,现报告如下,并结合相关文献,对其临床表现、诊断及治疗等进行经验总结.
