产后灾难性抗磷脂综合征一例报告及文献复习 被引量：1

摘要 抗磷脂综合征（antiphospholipid syndrome，APS）是一种具有血栓形成倾向的非炎症性自身免疫性疾病，灾难性抗磷脂综合征（catastrophic antiphospholipid syndrome，CAPS）是指APS合并有多器官损伤或者不良事件的发生，是一个较罕见的APS亚型，早期诊断和治疗可明确改善患者的预后。
