X线与CT对腰椎间盘突出症的诊断价值对比研究

Comparative Study between Diagnostic Values of X-ray and CT for Lumbar Disc Herniation (LDH)

目的探讨对比X线和CT检查在腰椎间盘突出症的临床诊断价值。方法选择2011年12月至2012年12月我院接诊的126例腰椎间盘突出患者作为本次研究对象,对该组患者的临床资料进行回顾分析,对比X线检查和CT检查两者在该病的诊断价值。结果临床诊断结果显示X线检查诊断出52例腰椎间盘突出,占41.27%,CT扫描检查诊断出124例腰椎间盘突出,占98.41%,CT扫描的检出率明显高于X线检查,两者联合诊断检出率100%。结论 CT扫描的诊断效果好于X线检查,X线检查能够对腰椎间盘突出的初步诊断提供参考,联合检查利于该病的诊断。

Objective To discuss and compare the clinical diagnostic values between X - ray and CT for LDH. Methods The 126 patients with LDH were chosen and their clinical data were analyzed retrospectively. Diagnostic values of X - ray and CT for this disea- ses were compared. Results Clinical dignostic results showed that 52 cases were diagnosed with LDH by X -ray, accounted for 41. 27%, 124 cases were diagnosed with LDH by CT, accounted for 98.41%. Detection rate of CT was obviously higher than X - ray, detection rate of combination of the 2 methods was 100%. Conclusion Diagnostic effect of CT is better than X - ray. X - ray can offer references for a primary diagnosis of LDH, and a combination with CT facilitates its diagnosis.
