静脉留置针临床应用中感染的危险因素很多。本文从穿刺部位、导管型号、手卫生、无菌技术、封管技术、敷料更换、留置时间、药物渗透压、操作技术及病人自身因素等方面综述了近几年国内外有关静脉留置针感染的研究进展情况。

The infection of superficial vein catheters is related with many dangerous factors in clinical application. This paper integrated expound the progress in superficial vein catheter related infection for years both at home and abroad from puncture part, types of superficial vein catheters, hand hygiene, medical asepsis, sealing technique, changing application, detaining time, osmotic pressure, puncture technique ,factors of patients and so on.
