美国医院医学和全科驻院医生制度对我国的启示

摘要
2013年8月，笔者有幸赴美国西雅图Swedish医学中心进行交流，并参与了该中心全科驻院医生团队的部分工作，对全科驻院医生工作的重要性及高效性深有感触。全科驻院医生制度不但是未来医疗模式的发展方向，也对我国医疗体制改革具有借鉴意义。现结合我国实际谈一些看法。
