胸膜间皮瘤CT影像与临床预后的相关性分析 被引量:10

摘要 目的:探讨CT影像在胸膜间皮瘤临床诊断和预后评估中的价值。方法回顾性分析首都医科大学附属北京天坛医院2006年6月至2012年10月经病理学证实的12例胸膜间皮瘤患者的临床和CT影像资料。结果胸膜间皮瘤患者的主要临床表现为胸痛、胸闷和咳嗽;胸部CT表现,胸膜弥漫性增厚9例,局限性增厚3例,胸膜增厚>1 cm 10例,伴有胸腔积液11例。结论胸部CT能够清晰显示病变的部位、形态、范围及与周围组织的关系,可为胸膜间皮瘤的临床诊断和预后评估提供客观依据。 Objective To explore the value of computed tomography ( CT ) imaging in clinical diagnosis and prognostic evaluation of pleural mesothelioma .Methods The clinical data and CT features were analyzed retrospectively in 12 pathologically confirmed cases of pleural mesothelioma .And 15 relevant papers were reviewed .Results The major clinical symptoms included chest pain , stuffiness and cough . The chest CT demonstrated diffusive pleural thickening ( n=9 ) , local pleural thickening ( n=3 ) , pleural thickening over 1 cm (n=10) and concurrent pleural effusion (n=11).Conclusion Chest CT may help to determine the location, shape, extent of pleural lesion and its relation to surrounding tissues .And it provides objective rationales for the clinical diagnosis and prognostic assessment in patients with pleural mesothelioma .
