摘要
目的探讨复方龙葵颗粒对四氯化碳诱发肝损伤大鼠血清TNF-α、IL-6、IL-10的影响。方法建立CCl4诱导的大鼠慢性肝损伤模型,各治疗组给予不同剂量复方龙葵颗粒干预,阳性对照组给予联苯双酯干预,腹主动脉取血,全自动生化分析仪检测血清ALT、AST,ELISA法检测大鼠血清TNF-α、IL-6、IL-10。结果与模型组血清中ALT、AST数值86±41、216±90比较,复方龙葵颗粒大剂量组可显著降低CCl4所致大鼠慢性肝损伤血清中ALT、AST水平分别至39±17,99±16(P<0.01);与模型组血清中TNF-α、IL-6数值36.72±7.58、68.16±9.94比较,大剂量组可显著提高TNF-α、IL-6的表达至45.43±7.11、77.11±2.62(P<0.05)。结论复方龙葵颗粒大剂量组能够提高慢性肝损伤模型大鼠外周血中相关免疫细胞因子的含量,增强机体的免疫力。
Objective To investigate the effect of Compound Granule of Solanum Nigrum on rats' serum levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-10 in chronic liver injury by carbon tetrachloride( CCl4). Methods To build a chronic liver injury models which induced by CCl4in rats. Every treatment group use different amount of Solanum Nigrum Granule to therapy. Positive control group give DDB prevention. Take blood by abdominal aorta. The changes of serum levels of ALT,AST were measured with Automatic biochemical analyzer and the serum levels of TNF-α,IL-6,IL-10 were commeasured with ELISA. Results Compared with the model group,Compound Granule of Solanum Nigrum high dose group was found to significantly decrease the levels of ALT,AST from( 86 ± 41,216 ± 90) to( 39 ± 17,99 ± 16)( P〈0.01); TNF-,IL-6 expression was increased from( 36. 72 ± 7. 58,68. 16 ± 9. 94) to( 45. 43 ± 7. 11,77. 11 ± 2. 62)( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Compound Granule of Solanum Nigrum high dose group can improve the relevant immune cell factors in the peripheral blood in chronic liver injury model rats and enhance the immunity of organism.
