摘要
目的观察不同造模周期内四氯化碳(CCl4)致小鼠肝纤维化模型中脾、肾形态学改变,为中医五行相生相克关系提供依据。方法正常小鼠皮下注射CCl4于造模后3、6、9、12周分别取脾脏、肾脏进行形态学观察和检查各组小鼠脾指数及脾脏白髓面积占总面积百分比。结果造模后不同周期内小鼠脾脏改变明显、肾脏有不同程度改变,造模后3、6、9、12周各组小鼠脾脏白髓占总面积百分比依次降低,脾指数依次升高。结论CCl4致肝纤维化模型小鼠脾、肾形态学有改变,随着四氯化碳腹腔注射周期的延长,小鼠脾脏中白髓中淋巴组织减少,脾脏重量增加。暴露四氯化碳肝纤维化造模存在的问题,证实中医木强乘土与子病及母理论。
Objective To observe the effects of different molding cycle of carbon tetrachloride( CCl4) induced liver fibrosis model in mice spleen,renal morphological changes,and provide the basis for TCM five elements reinforce each other relations. Methods The normal mice subcutaneous injection of CCl4at 3,6,9,12 weeks respectively in spleen,kidney morphology. The mice spleen index and spleen white pulp area total area percentage. Results Change in different period of mouse spleen after modeling,the kidney was changed in different extent,After modeling for 3,6,9,12weeks of mouse spleen white pulp accounted for the total area percentage decreased,spleen index increased successively. Conclusion CCl4induced Liver Fibrosis model mice spleen,renal morphological changes,with prolonged intraperitoneal injection of carbon tetrachloride cycle,lymphoid tissue in the white pulp in spleen of mice reduced,increasing the weight of spleen. Exposured to carbon tetrachloride induced liver fibrosis model problems,prove the Chinese wood by soil and sub disease and base theory.
